Versand-, Verpackungs-, Bearbeitungs- und Verwaltungskosten für verschiedene Bestimmungsländer.
Die Höhe dieser Kosten richtet sich nach den Abmessungen und dem Gewicht des Umschlags, Kartons oder Pakets und dem Bestimmungsland.
Wepa Flyer bestimmt die Versandart und wählt dabei immer den sichersten, schnellsten und günstigsten Versandweg. Der Versand erfolgt hauptsächlich mit DPD, GLS und PostNL, bei Bedarf und auf Wunsch aber auch mit DHL, UPS und FedEx.
Für Verpackungen über 130cm wird immer ein Zuschlag in Höhe von € 4,95 berechnet. Dieser Aufpreis wird im Bestellformular automatisch angezeigt und mit der Bestellung verrechnet.
Achtung!: Um auf dem regulären Weg mit einem der genannten Paketdienste versendet werden zu können, dürfen die Pakete maximal 32 kg wiegen, eine maximale Länge von 200 cm und eine maximale Gürtelgröße (1x Länge + 2x Breite + 2x Höhe) von 300 cm haben. In dieser Liste geben wir die Versandkosten für die betreffenden Länder mit den für dieses Land geltenden maximalen Verpackungsmaßen und -gewichten an, diese sind deutlich angegeben. Bei Überschreitung wird ein Versandzuschlag erhoben, den wir dem Kunden mitteilen; dieser Zuschlag muss vor dem Versand bezahlt werden. Liegt die Lieferadresse auf einer Insel, wird oft ein Inselzuschlag erhoben, dieser wird dem Käufer bei Eingang der Bestellung ebenfalls von uns mitgeteilt. Schließlich fallen bei Überschreitung der angegebenen maximalen Verpackungsgrößen und -gewichte in verschiedenen Ländern Zollkosten an, die ebenfalls vor der Lieferung zu entrichten sind.

Alternativ können Sie in diesem Fall auch einfach Ihre Bestellung eingeben und absenden und dann wie folgt vorgehen:
Geben Sie die Bestellung mit vollständigen Adressdaten ein und wählen Sie die Zahlungsoption BARZAHLUNG BEI ABHOLUNG. Als Zielland füllen Sie DEUTSCHLAND aus damit das System die Bestellung annimmt und bestätigt, im Feld BEMERKUNGEN füllen Sie dann das tatsächliche ZIELLAND aus. Sie erhalten dann die Auftragsbestätigung OHNE Versandkosten. Wir prüfen Volumen und Gewicht der Bestellung und teilen Ihnen dann die Versandkosten mit. Wenn Sie damit einverstanden sind, zahlen Sie uns den Gesamtbetrag der Bestellung + Versandkosten. Nach Zahlungseingang wird die Bestellung versendet.
In der folgenden Tabelle finden Sie eine Übersicht der pauschalen Versandkosten pro Land.
Paketlieferungen an einem DPD Paketshop unterliegen den maximalen Abmessungen und Gewichten pro Paket. Die maximale Länge darf 100 cm betragen, die maximale Gürtelgröße (1x Länge + 2x Breite + 2x Höhe) darf 250 cm nicht überschreiten und das Paket darf maximal 20 kg wiegen. Wenn das Paket größer oder schwerer ist, muss es an eine normale Adresse geschickt werden.
Muss die Lieferung auf eine Insel oder in ein abgelegenes Gebiet erfolgen, fällt oft ein "Insel- oder abgelegenes Gebietzuschlag" an. Da dieser je nach Land und Region sehr unterschiedlich ist, wird ein eventueller Insel- oder Remote Area-zuschlag von uns nachträglich berechnet.
Über den folgenden Link Inselnzuschlagenübersicht erhalten Sie eine Übersicht von sämtlichen Inseln und Regionen innerhalb Europas, für die ein Insel- oder Randgebietszuschlag gilt.
Für alle oben aufgeführten Länder, die keine EU-Mitglieder sind, wird der MehrWertSteuerbetrag (BTW) von 21% automatisch von einer Bestellung abgezogen. In dem unwahrscheinlichem Fall, daß dies nicht der Fall ist, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

Shipping, packaging, handling and administration costs for various destinations.
The amount of these costs is determined by the dimensions and weight of the envelope, box or package and the country of destination. We use standard maximum packaging sizes and weights presribed by the various parcel services. If these are exceeded, a shipping surcharge will apply. This surcharge will be calculated by us and must be paid prior to shipment.
Wepa Flyer determines the method of shipment, always choosing the safest, fastest and cheapest method. Shipments are mainly made with DPD, GLS and PostNL, but if necessary and desired, we also ship with DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Packaging longer than 130cm always has a surcharge of € 4,95. This surcharge is automatically indicated in the order form and settled with the order.

If the delivery address is on an island, there is often an island surcharge, this surcharge will also be communicated to the buyer by us on receipt of the order. Finally, in various countries there will be customs costs if the indicated maximum packaging sizes and weights are exceeded and these will also have to be paid prior to delivery.

Alternatively, in this case you can also simply enter and submit your order, then proceed as follows: enter the order with full address details and choose the payment option BARZAHLUNG BEI ABHOLUNG (CASH ON COLLECTION). Choose DEUTSCHLAND (GERMANY) as destination country so that the system accepts and confirms the order. Enter the actual DESTINATION COUNTRY in the field BEMERKUNGEN (REMARKS). You will then receive the order confirmation WITHOUT the shipping costs. We check the volume and weigth of the order and then inform you of the shipping costs. If you agree, you pay us the total amount of the order + shipping costs. After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped.

Parcel deliveries to a DPD Parcelshop are subject to maximum dimensions and weight per parcel. The maximum length may be 100cm, the maximum belt size (1x Length + 2x Width + 2x Height) may be 250cm and the package may weigh a maximum of 20kg. If the package is larger or heavier, it must be sent to a normal address.
If the delivery has to take place to an island or a remote area, there is often an "island or remote area surcharge". Because this differs considerably per country and region, any island or remote area surcharge will be recalculated by us.

For all countries listed above that are not EU members, the VAT-amount (BTW) @ 21% is automatically deducted from an order. In the unlikely event that this is not the case case, please contact us.
